The wait is over! After getting dozens of requests over the past years from customers for ALF services we are pleased to announce Accurate QA Solutions is open for ALF business. The new department has two separate but united offices: Facilities and Operations. The Facilities office will be focused on Feasibility Studies and Licensure. The Operations office will provide the regulatory driven excellence you have come to expect from Accurate QA Solutions. Clients may choose the products and services that best serve their need to be compliant with state regulations and run a profitable facility.
Meet The Consultants

He (Licensed Architect, TX #28915, Cadon Architecture Studio) has joined Accurate QA Solutions as the company’s new Assisted Living Facility (ALF) License Consultant. Phillip was born and raised in Texas and has returned to work in the state he knows and loves. His passion is the built environment and involvement with the design of the built environment. He began on the construction side as a business owner in the flooring/textile industry that led to roles in the larger arena of construction management. Phillip returned to college to complete his 5 year professional B of Arch and graduated with an architectural degree from Woodbury University. His professional experience spans custom luxury home design to commercial and manufacturing facilities. His portfolio includes projects completed for the Ball Corp, General Dynamics and American Electric. He has Commercial and residential architecture experience with projects that have a high level of technical complexity with direct public community collaboration. Phillip offers the client design within a real-world reality that finds the opportunities for the best quality of living in a group home setting.

Joined the company at its inception in 2011. She is a leading expert in Accurate QA Solutions on Medicare, Medicaid and state regulations. She is currently the company CFO and supervises QA services, chart audits, manual composition and production and the home office. Christina joins Phillip Fowler in the new ALF department as support with policies and procedures, forms and operational regulatory guidance for facilities.
